Q: Can I earn rewards on every booking I make?

Yes, you will earn rewards on every booking made directly on our website.

Q: Why are my rewards pending?
A:

When you make a booking that is eligible for Cool Rewards, the amount of rewards earned will remain in a “pending” state until the travel date has passed. Within 24 hours of travel date, the rewards will be available to use.

Q: Can I use only rewards to pay for a booking?
A:

There is no minimum order value required to redeem your rewards. This means that you can pay for 100% of your order with rewards.

Q: What happens if a booking where I used rewards at the checkout is canceled for some reason?
A:

If rewards are redeemed against a booking and that booking is canceled or refunded, these rewards will be reissued to your account.

Q: Can I earn/redeem rewards in a different currency?
A:

Yes, your rewards will automatically converted to the currency you selected.

Q: Can I use my rewards and a discount code at the same time?
A:

Yes, Cool Rewards can be used in conjunction with a promo code.

Q: Do I have to use my available rewards?

While available rewards are automatically applied at checkout, you can choose not to use them by switching them off.

If the changes you make to your booking change the price, then your rewards earned will also change. If you add additional people or choose a more expensive option, your reward amount earned will increase. However, if you edit your booking and the price decreases, the value of the rewards will also decrease.

To view and redeem your rewards, you need to be logged into your Cool Destinations account.
