What a wonderful way to experience Salt Lake City for us 1st timers. Food tours may be our new favorite way to explore a new city. If in doubt, just do it! Your tastebuds will thank you. We are already planning to recreate some of the unique dishes Ray set us up to experience on the tour.Ray’s tour was a treat to spend the afternoon learning and tasting our way through the beautiful city of Salt Lake City with our family.

We had a great time. It is easily walkable between places. We couldn’t find one of the murals but found everything else and had a lot of fun.

This was a great food experience. Ray was our tour guide. He is a chef in the city. He took us to some amazing places downtown including a market. He was very knowledgable about the ingredients in the market. He gave us great food recommendations for the rest of our trip. Very friendly and approachable. My partner and I really enjoyed this tour.

Great guides with a wealth of knowledge. The guides make sure you are comfortable and stay with you the entire time while offering as much information you want to hear. If you can spare the time, I would recommend the tour.BONUS! you get to have some beer!

We had a really great time at the gin class! The class has a max of 6 spots each session so it feels cozy and fun. There were a ton of botanicals to choose from. I was worried I'd get stuck with all my choices, but Chris was awesome and helped me figure out what to add to get the flavor profile I wanted. Everyone in the class made really different choices, and it was fun to see how it came out for each combination. Since you get to customize, you don't even need to be a big fan of the taste of "traditional" gin to enjoy yourself and make something you will enjoy! As we were distilling, we got to drink gin and tonics (made with their in-house gin offerings-- super good) and have some snacks, too! We also learned some fun gin history and science. Overall it was an amazing time. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm already planning on bringing family when they next come in to town. Super highly recommend if you're looking for a fun activity.

We were in town for Iowa State vs BYU football game and wanted to see SLC before we headed to Provo. We had the best time with James on our tour! We learned about the city and experienced three very cool breweries. He also gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Provo. Highly recommend!!

While we had some technical difficulties using the app and figuring out the coupons, the host went above and beyond to make sure that we knew how to work the app, even as far as giving us a personal call to figure it out!! Once we got the technical difficulties out of the way, we had a blast! The value was incredible, tacos were fantastic, and the tour was so fun!! Highly recommend!

We are Utah locals that wanted to explore Salt Lake City in a different way than we usually do. Ray was very knowledgeable about the food culture of the city. As foodies and home cooks, we were introduced to the history behind the food we were eating. Ray is also well connected with other chefs in the city, so it was interesting to learn about some of those people he knew. The food was great, too!
