I had a great experience on the tour. The scenery was amazing. The guide, Robin, was very patient, friendly, and created a great atmosphere throughout the tour. His attitude and personal attention added a lot to the experience. The tour was a great way to explore Yellowstone without the stress of driving, navigating, and dealing with the distances in the park. It was well organized, the transportation was comfortable, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable.

An experience of a lifetime. I flew into Salt Lake with no friends to start the tour but then when I left I had a ton of friends and new experiences. I didn’t know Yellowstone was a volcano and that it is still active. That was incredible to me since it’s so big. My favorite was the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone the artist point. It was so inspiring. I am so grateful to my tour guide Nate, who taught us all and kept the energy high and positive.

If you love nature the nature, this is the best trip you can take. Beauti of yellowstone can't be explained. 3 days trip is little bit hectic for older people. There is lot of walking and too many activities in shorter time span. However, if you can do it, it will be a great experience. Our guide LEO is very helpful, professional.

Punctuality is the highlight. The tour guide stick to both times allocated as well as what you see in the itinerary. Benson and the tour driver did a fantastic job.The hotel accommodation was good, no complaints, except that there was no bedside table lamp and this was arranged in a motel.The only tourist location we missed was mammoth springs. However, this was not in itinerary.I highly recommend this trip for solo travellers. The guide took care of me even though I knew no one throughout the trip.

Guide was really nice, is nice and always on time, the agenda was all completed. Also the guide put us a prerecorded audio on English about Yellowstone and we enjoyed it a lot, we wish there would be more of those. Maybe sometimes it’s a little hard to understand the English of the guide but he tried and was patient. Also sometimes in the car you can’t hear really well what he says. Overall had a very good experience and we are all really satisfied. Also maybe they could warn a bit more about the extreme cold weather we had to bring some more appropriate clothing.

Having a tour guide was critical great knowledge of the Parks and crowds and best things to see. Managed our time efficiently

This tour is very well organized and set like music paper. This allows you to visit the main spots in the park. Downtime is sufficient to visit and take a pee break. The King guide was super friendly, helpful and attentive. The seats of the bus are comfortable, important point when driving a lot and long.

It was my first time in Yellowstone National park and it was so perfect. The weather was only cold in the morning and the evening but the daytime was warm. Our tour guide was Nate. He was so great, he not only helped us throughout the whole day but also made sure we were happy and comfortable. He also taught us way more than we will ever be able to remember about Yellowstone. He also did the tour in Mandarin and English. He is very very impressive. But our favorite part was seeing the bison and other wildlife.

Oh, the tour guide Jinlong, Jinlong is great. He is very enthusiastic, very caring, and very familiar with the history of Utah and Salt Lake City. He also brought us a lot of joy. We became good friends, and this trip is unforgettable for a lifetime.

We had an amazing experience on the 4‑day Salt Lake City, Grand Teton, and Yellowstone tour. Our guide, Nate Rollins, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He speaks fluent Chinese, which made communication easy for many in our group and showed strong cultural awareness. Despite a busy schedule, everything ran smoothly and the group got along well. The scenery was spectacular, and Nate made sure we didn’t miss any highlights while sharing great insights. The activity level is moderate, with quite a bit of walking. I highly recommend Nate and this tour for a fantastic experience!

The designation "4-day tour" is incorrect in that the first day only included a self-check-in at the hotel. Nevertheless, the tour completely convinced us, as our guide Robin was excellent. His flexibility regarding the weather escapades (snowstorm in June) and the selection of sights considering increased visitor traffic was superb. Five stars for Robin!

I would definitely do a trip like this again. It covered 1200 miles and hit all the high spots in the area. Maarten, the guide, kept everything on track and the coach driver was great too. Only two issues, commentary was largely Chinese as that was the majority of people on the tour, as I only speak English I was at a disadvantage. I was looking forward to the Yellostone Bear sanctuary but most of the other attendees were not so it was canceled and I got a refund. Overall my enjoyment of the tour was not greatly affected.

Had a great time and was treated well. Johnny our tour guide was very knowledgeable, good natured and very funny. Johnny made sure that we were able to see all of the “must see” areas of the parks all while navigating the ever changing weather in Yellowstone and Gran Teton. He needs a raise. Herding cats is tough business.

This was my first multi day tour, but I have visited multiple national parks with touring companies for day excursions plenty of times before. This was a unique experience and the beauty of both Yellowstone and Grand Teton are unmatched! It is pristine and completely unadulterated to create a serene environment. That said, the tour guide Robin was good, not great but he provided us with a safe journey and due to the weather flipped the itinerary so that we could see Grand Teton on a sunny day. He also takes great pictures!! So this is my gripe with the tour, I booked through Cool Salt Lake which last I checked is a Cool Salt Lake company but I guess the package available on Cool Salt Lake is not the same as Cool Salt Lake so we were “nickel and dimed” on a couple of aspects of the tour. First Bear World is not included in the Cool Salt Lake option but if you booked through Cool Salt Lake it is. So that’s $27 per person ($54 total) to pay out of pocket that we didn’t plan for but we got it covered. Then at the very end when we were dropped off we were told that we had to pay a $5 a day per person fuel charge. So that was another $30 that we had to pay out of pocket. Apparently the cost is included for those who booked through Cool Salt Lake. I was disappointed by the lack of up front communication. That’s on the company I don’t blame Robin one bit he was merely the messenger. Apparently hotel options are limited in West Yellowstone but my goodness could they not find better accommodations? The inn is clean and all that but honestly it’s a dump, no other way to describe it. Of course there is nothing in the description or communication leading up to the tour that tells you where you’ll be staying so you can check it out in advance to plan. My advice, bring an extension cord and/or multi-plug because there are no bedside outlets in the double room and if you’re like me and have a lot of devices to charge you’ll be hurting. Lastly, for such a long trek, water isn’t provided which feels cheap for a tour. There was a whole case of water in the back but yet we were not allowed to get a bottle??? Traveling in high altitude and reminded to hydrate before/after long walks but not offered water…. ridiculous. I had a refillable bottle and so did others but there aren’t many places to refill your bottle so you have to buy water more often than not. Feels like a lot of money to spend for subpar lodging and unexpected extra costs. Overall it was a good time and Robin did his best with our group. He herded the cats effectively as we had a couple of folks who liked to wander lol. I would recommend the tour but just know what you’re signing up for if you choose this tour.

First,our guide Nate and our driver Karla were top notch! The bus was too crowded,took too long to get everyone on and off each stop. The scenery was unbelievable.
