This is a great tour for solo travelers, couples, or families. We were the only people on this tour and both guides were amazing. They were friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and the ski resort. Your pass includes lunch at the ski lodge, and most of the activities. My 2 favorites, were the cable car and the chair lift. If you’re a solo traveler, one of the guides will gladly team up with you, if you want. I highly recommend this tour.

Such an amazing trip and experience. Dima is a cool tour guide, very humorous and willing to answer any questions you have. Stinky springs was exceptionally stinky (sulfur). Golden Spike was very cool. Loved the trains. But the pink lake, salt crystals, seeping oil from an old rig, and the gypsum crystals were fantastic. Like being on another planet. Such a great experience.

Blake and Ella led our tour. I was very impressed with the knowledge and tidbits of information about landmarks, SLC etc that were shared on our tour. I will definitely come back and request Blake and Ella!!!! I travel with adults with special needs on vacations. Blake and Ella worked with us and my clients loved their experience. My mom and I joined the 5 day Grand Teton and Yellowstone tour from Salt Lake City, and it was truly one of the most memorable trips we have ever taken. A big reason for that was our amazing tour guide, Michael C.Michael is incredibly responsible, caring, professional, and funny. We were unlucky with the weather because it rained almost every day, and sometimes the rain was very heavy. Even so, Michael never let the weather affect our experience. He always stayed positive and made sure everyone was safe, comfortable, and enjoying the trip.What impressed us the most was how thoughtful and attentive he was. At every stop, he personally walked with the group and gave detailed explanations in both Chinese and English. Even in the pouring rain, he never rushed us and always made sure everyone was together.One moment that really touched us was when the parking area was far from the attraction. Instead of asking us to walk back through the heavy rain, Michael walked to the bus himself and drove it closer so we could get on without getting soaked. It may seem like a small gesture, but it showed how much he genuinely cared about every guest.Safety was always his top priority. While driving through Yellowstone, he was always watching carefully for wildlife. Whenever it was safe to do so, he would pull over so we could enjoy seeing the animals. During the longer drives, he also planned restroom breaks at the right times, making the journey much more comfortable for everyone.Even though the weather was not ideal, we had an amazing time. Michael’s professionalism, kindness, patience, and great sense of humor made all the difference. We also met wonderful people on the tour, which made the trip even more special.If we ever join another tour in the future, we will definitely request Michael again. Thank you, Michael, for making this such an unforgettable trip for both my mom and me. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a safe, enjoyable, and well-organized Yellowstone tour!!

This was my first time traveling with Cool Salt Lake and I had a fantastic time! Michael C was our tour guide and his knowledge of all things Yellowstone and Grand Teton was superb. I couldn't have asked for a better guide for my first trip as our itinerary was perfect. I was amazed at the amount of animals Mike was able to spot for us to observe which included bison, elk, moose, bears, and coyotes to name a few. He provided us with binoculars and back ground information which made the experience so much better. When I was nervous being so high up at the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone viewing point, he patiently waited with me until I felt comfortable enough to look down into the canyon and what a view it was! The crowds were small which made the adventure so much better.We had a group that comprised Chinese as well as English speaking travelers and he mastered both explanations beautifully with an equal amount of Chinese versus English explanations. I had never been to Utah, Idaho, Montana, or Wyoming before and he shared with us many fun facts about all of these states that it made sightseeing so much fun! It was wonderful to not worry about driving during our 5 day trip as Mike was extremely safe and took great care to make us all comfortable. When we traveled back to Salt Lake City, Mike showed us the Great Salt Lake, Capital building and Mormon Square. We even heard the organ being played inside the Mormon Tabernacle. This was a moment I will never forget! I can't thank Mike enough for his patience, caring, and expertise. Now I can't wait to book my next trip as the admission fee and price was well worth the cost!

We had an incredible 5-day tour exploring Yellowstone and Grand Teton. It was worth every penny! Our guide, Rax, was phenomenal. He had a real knack for finding the best spots for both wildlife viewing and breathtaking scenery.You do need to be flexible, because in Yellowstone, you never know what you're going to see! The landscapes in both parks were magnificent, and we were lucky enough to see an amazing variety of wildlife, including wolves and several bears (even grizzlies!). The accommodations were comfortable, the meals were great, and the entire itinerary was seamlessly organized. Thank you to the Nomad Team for taking care of every single detail!

Before the tour, they patiently answered all of our questions and provided useful packing tips, which helped us feel well prepared for the trip.Our guide, Larry, was fantastic throughout the entire journey. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. We had a fabulous trip! The scenery was absolutely beautiful. The Nomad team was very helpful even before the tour started, quickly answering any questions my husband and I had.Our guide, Ryan, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the area, the hikes, the sights, and the overall experience. He helped us get around efficiently and adjusted the itinerary when needed due to the weather. The service we received was beyond our expectations.The hotels and accommodations were also excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful trip with a great group of people, and we had such a good time. Because I had booked my hotel per Pitta's recommendation, I was picked up the night of our Flammulated Owl tour at the hotel right on time. Tim Avery is very easy to go with and talk to and extremely knowledgable on all things birds. We learned a lot in between spots. The night was a bit windy making vocalization difficult to hear, but Tim found a relatively calm area and voila - the Flammy came out. There was a little perserverance involved but ultimately we not only heard the owl, but were able to get photographs as well which was beyond expectations. All in all it was a great experience.
