If you love nature the nature, this is the best trip you can take. Beauti of yellowstone can't be explained. 3 days trip is little bit hectic for older people. The trip was worth the price. We like the idea of all admission fees being included so we did not have to worry about, other than the fuel cost, which we understand. Chris, our tour guide, was great. He was very informative and engaging. We would definitely travel with this company and with Chris again!!! Thank you for a memorable 47th anniversary trip.

Such an amazing trip and experience. Dima is a cool tour guide, very humorous and willing to answer any questions you have. Stinky springs was exceptionally stinky (sulfur). Golden Spike was very cool. Loved the trains. But the pink lake, salt crystals, seeping oil from an old rig, and the gypsum crystals were fantastic. Like being on another planet. Such a great experience.

My mom and I joined the 5 day Grand Teton and Yellowstone tour from Salt Lake City, and it was truly one of the most memorable trips we have ever taken. A big reason for that was our amazing tour guide, Michael C.Michael is incredibly responsible, caring, professional, and funny. We were unlucky with the weather because it rained almost every day, and sometimes the rain was very heavy. Even so, Michael never let the weather affect our experience. He always stayed positive and made sure everyone was safe, comfortable, and enjoying the trip.What impressed us the most was how thoughtful and attentive he was. At every stop, he personally walked with the group and gave detailed explanations in both Chinese and English. Even in the pouring rain, he never rushed us and always made sure everyone was together.One moment that really touched us was when the parking area was far from the attraction. Instead of asking us to walk back through the heavy rain, Michael walked to the bus himself and drove it closer so we could get on without getting soaked. It may seem like a small gesture, but it showed how much he genuinely cared about every guest.Safety was always his top priority. While driving through Yellowstone, he was always watching carefully for wildlife. Whenever it was safe to do so, he would pull over so we could enjoy seeing the animals. During the longer drives, he also planned restroom breaks at the right times, making the journey much more comfortable for everyone.Even though the weather was not ideal, we had an amazing time. Michael’s professionalism, kindness, patience, and great sense of humor made all the difference. We also met wonderful people on the tour, which made the trip even more special.If we ever join another tour in the future, we will definitely request Michael again. Thank you, Michael, for making this such an unforgettable trip for both my mom and me. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a safe, enjoyable, and well-organized Yellowstone tour!!

This was my first time traveling with Cool Salt Lake and I had a fantastic time! Michael C was our tour guide and his knowledge of all things Yellowstone and Grand Teton was superb. I couldn't have asked for a better guide for my first trip as our itinerary was perfect. I was amazed at the amount of animals Mike was able to spot for us to observe which included bison, elk, moose, bears, and coyotes to name a few. He provided us with binoculars and back ground information which made the experience so much better. When I was nervous being so high up at the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone viewing point, he patiently waited with me until I felt comfortable enough to look down into the canyon and what a view it was! The crowds were small which made the adventure so much better.We had a group that comprised Chinese as well as English speaking travelers and he mastered both explanations beautifully with an equal amount of Chinese versus English explanations. I had never been to Utah, Idaho, Montana, or Wyoming before and he shared with us many fun facts about all of these states that it made sightseeing so much fun! It was wonderful to not worry about driving during our 5 day trip as Mike was extremely safe and took great care to make us all comfortable. When we traveled back to Salt Lake City, Mike showed us the Great Salt Lake, Capital building and Mormon Square. We even heard the organ being played inside the Mormon Tabernacle. This was a moment I will never forget! I can't thank Mike enough for his patience, caring, and expertise. Now I can't wait to book my next trip as the admission fee and price was well worth the cost!

Really nice experience!
Guide was really nice, is nice and always on time, the agenda was all completed. Also the guide put us a prerecorded audio on English about Yellowstone and we enjoyed it a lot, we wish there would be more of those. Maybe sometimes it’s a little hard to understand the English of the guide but he tried and was patient. Also sometimes in the car you can’t hear really well what he says. Overall had a very good experience and we are all really satisfied. Also maybe they could warn a bit more about the extreme cold weather we had to bring some more appropriate clothing.

My husband, mother, and I had a great tour of Antelope Island with Clayton. Our morning tour included sightings of bison, deer, prong horn, and many species of birds. The photo opportunities were plentiful! Great shots of a mother prong horn and baby, frolicking baby bison, and burrowing owls who seemed to be posing for the camera. Binoculars were available for use. Clayton had a great eye for spotting the wildlife and made sure to give views from both sides of the car. Clayton was extremely knowledgeable about the geography and history of the area, as well as the the wildlife. We would highly recommend a tour with Clayton and Safari Utah!
