What a wonderful experience this was! Only had the day to explore and this tour made it so easy, was very reasonably priced, came with drink and snack, and included the BEST tour guide ever. He chatted and gave great advice on what to do and how to best spend your time! Would definitely go again and refer to friends and family!!

Excellent city tour driver/guide/owner was excellent, complimentary water, tour takes 90 mins only one bus so if you hop off you have 90 mins for next one. Slightly overpriced compared to other cities

Good tour of city, brief history. Very helpful guide, as allowed us time at Pioneer Centre as it was closed on Sunday.

Had the pleasure of experiencing a brief tour at the Juneteenth festival and it was amazing. Honestly I can't wait to take my family on a full tour. The guide was informative, funny, and fun. Truly appreciate all his hard work. My daughter said it was a 1 Million Star Ride!!!

The tour was very interesting. I learned a lot about the history as well as the current situation that exists in Salt Lake City which seems to have a positive and promising future. The tour guide did a great job. My biggest complaint is that I had to walk to meet the first stop on the tour and the directions took me to the back of the convention center (parking garage) and I wasn’t alone. I then had to walk an extra 1/2 mile to the front of this sprawling convention center to find where the bus was located (in 95 degree heat). Hopefully someone will get this fixed

I had a great experience with SLC Bus Tours during our visit to Salt Lake City. We took the Hop-On Hop-Off tour on a Sunday, and while some attractions were closed that day, the driver did an excellent job letting everyone know what was still open and worth visiting. That was extremely helpful and made planning our stops much easier.Customer service was also fantastic — very responsive, friendly, and easy to reach with questions before boarding. I have been all over US and Europe, and I haven't seen anywhere near to such caring staff.One of the best features was the live online bus tracking map, which made it simple to know exactly where the bus was and when to head to the stop. It removed a lot of the stress that usually comes with sightseeing transportation.We were lucky to ride on the open-top bus, and the views of downtown Salt Lake City and the surrounding mountains were incredible. It made for a really fun and memorable way to explore the city.Highly recommend this tour for both first-time visitors and locals wanting to see the city from a different perspective!

The tour guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable of the area and pointed out places to stop off to explore. I highly recommend the SLC hop on hop off bus tour.

It was very informative. We saw a lot of Salt Lake City. I feel like it was just the right length. The guide was well versed in the geography and history of SLC.

A lot of history about Salt Lake City was given. We enjoyed the ride. We didn’t hop off and on, just stayed on the bus the entire route.

This was useful, like a flight tasting, stopping on the most important city landmarks. Equally convenient being able to hop on and off at one's interests. Bonus points to the guide of offering discounts on food spots along the route. I used my ticket all day from the first ride until the last. Our guide was insightful, easy going responding to tourists questions and a calm and friendly demeanor.

The Evening Bites and Landmarks tour was a great experience. I wasn’t sure how much of the city we’d see as this is a shorter route, but it covered the downtown area pretty thoroughly with stories that honored a number of different ethnic, racial, and religious groups that helped to shape Salt Lake City. Both the chocolate and ice cream tastings were also exquisite, with the latter being inside a very cool facility that houses a number of local artists and artisan shops inside an old church. This is well worth it if you only have an evening and want to maximize what you can see in the city.

Our guide was “extremely “ knowledgeable and thorough we were the only passengers, he carried on as if to was a full bus!

The trip was a great way to spend some time prior to leaving for the airport. Our tour guide was helpful and informative. The stops were interesting and had beautiful views.

Lots to see. We didn't know, however, that the bus tour was still on their winter schedule, so they had only one bus making the circuit. It's convenient that you can track the bus on the tour company's website so you know when it's coming around to your stop.
